- We live... in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest.... Im 42 years young and I have homeschooled my peeps for 18 years now! 2 grown and on their own, and one just got married!!! I created this blog to share our lives and home school journey and maybe just a bit of therapy for me! I desire a Koinonia relationship with my family and friends. Great pictures! I'm so glad it's starting to warm up here finally so we can go to our zoo comfortably.

Great Photos Lisa- The snake is a little too close for comfort for me, even behind glass! The color is great!

I can sooooooooo relate to the turtle today! Great pics!
We had a great time... it was fun getting to "see" folks IRL! lol
That poor turtle... she lost her ability to regulate her buoyancy.....she flipped over and the crowd was having a mild panic attack.... another turtle swam by this one and tried to help it seemed.... she could have drowned being upside down like that... but was quickly flipped over by a zoo keeper...
I loved the hippos too... massive beasts they are!! I also enjoyed the giraffes... but I didn’t get a good picture...
