" We're not trying to do "School at Home." We're trying to do homeschool. These are two entirely different propositions. We're not trying to replicate the time, style or content of the classroom. Rather we're trying to cultivate a lifestyle of learning in which learning takes place from morning until bedtime 7 days each week. The "formal" portion of each teaching day is just the tip of the iceburg. "
It's kind of freaking me out though cuz she's looking right at me and there is something very "human" looking about her...in a not-so-darwin way! (Am I crazy?)
We used to have calicos - now we just have an all black cat that is afraid of his own shadow. We call him the invisible cat. They all just have their own little personalities - and you seem to have truly captured this one!
THAT is classic!!!! My Delaney just came in and said..."oh my goodness!" We all feel like that sometimes...don't we!! You made us laugh...well, whoever took that picture made us laugh...
Hugs... and I love Billie tooooooo! I think of gram and grandpap when it's on....It's just so happy.... I put it on to hear it too...until someone says "mom.....do we have to KEEP hearing the same songs OVER and OVER..."
We live... in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest.... Im 42 years young and I have homeschooled my peeps for 18 years now! 2 grown and on their own, and one just got married!!! I created this blog to share our lives and home school journey and maybe just a bit of therapy for me! I desire a Koinonia relationship with my family and friends. Here you will find an imperfect woman striving to live, love and learn all she can at being a woman, wife, mom and friend.
Isaiah 43:16; 18-19This is what the LORD says--he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters.... "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."

A wink and a kiss- oh my. :) Beautiful cat, this picture is so cute. Her face looks a little bit like my cat- my cat is a tortie point siamese.
Happy WW!
That is such a perfect picture! Your cat is incredible looking.
A Calico!! My childhood kitty was a calico - she was nearly as cute as yours ;-)

Calico's have a mind of their own. The sweetest cats. I had one growning up. The sweetest!
Was that a kiss or a razzberry? hehe!
