Menu Plan Monday

Monday: Pork Roast (left over) rice and beans

Tuesday: Grilled Salmon, sweet potato fries and green salad

Wednesday: Grilled Cheese and tomato soup

Thursday: Ritz chicken, green salad, and mixed veggies

Friday: Out! Kids are off to spring camp! woohoo! oh, no I mean I will miss them very much!

Kysha, I cut them just like regualr taters... but I bake them....*Ü* mmmm

Kysha! I want to apologize… I should have given more detail… and my fast acting brain gave you little 411…. So I wanted to add... Juliann the fries... coat with a few table spoons olive oil. Toss... then I sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper and coat.... bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes... turn them and then let them cook... you will like them! 2 large ones will be enough for about 6 people... I use 3 for my 5... but we love them!!

They are so much healthier than white potatoes and less fat... even with the olive oil! gasp! *Ü* Try them sometime and let me know what you think… I am breaking my menu schedule and making them again… heheh
